Talking Legal Ed

A New Podcast About Law and Legal Education

Who We Are

We are a group of law professors who are passionate about law and legal education.

In our newly launched podcast, we discuss cutting-edge issues in the law and discuss how to make those issues come alive in the classroom.  We often invite law schools from around the country and the world to share their insights.

In our pilot pod, we discussed the "success" of Trump's appeal to disaffected and marginalized voters with Prof. Charlton Copeland (University of Miami School of Law).

Next, we spoke with professors Elizabeth Fisher and Sid Shapiro about recent administrative failures like COVID and the Texas energy crisis, and how administrative expertise can refocus teaching administrative law.
